A memorabilia storage device for people living in tiny homes
About
A 10 days project which was carried out in my final year. The brief was to make people living in small spaces easier and more comfortable. Memor aims to make memories more meaningful especially for those who has downsized and lives in a tiny home where there’s little room for mementos.
Problem
People who lives in Tiny homes are minimalists but are also travellers. This means that they can not buy souvenirs during their travels.
Development
Existing solutions of how people stores memorabilia are firstly looked at. These solutions are either not appropriate to tiny homes or does not give the proper emotional connections users desire. Quick sketches, storyboards and prototypes were then made.
